Work with us

Global 50/50 works with funders, researchers, institutions, advocates and communicators who share our commitment to gender justice. If you are interested in becoming a research, impact or funding partner, please get in touch.

Why this work needs support

Gender justice is under pressure. In 2025, for the first time since we began monitoring, we recorded measurable regression on every variable we track. Commitments to equality are being diluted, institutions are retreating from transparency, and the political environment is more hostile than at any point in the past decade.

That makes independent, rigorous accountability more important than ever – and more difficult to sustain. Global 50/50 is seeking funders and partners who understand what is at stake and want to support an organisation with a track record of driving change.

“Global 50/50 has become an indispensable source of evidence and accountability for gender equality. Its rigorous analysis has challenged institutions to do better, and provided advocates and leaders alike with the tools to press for change.”
Rt Hon Helen Clark, former Prime Minister of New Zealand and Administrator, UNDP

Fund our work

Global 50/50 is a UK-registered non-profit think tank. We do not accept funding that would compromise our independence or our findings. We seek investment from funders who share our vision: a world where gender justice is a reality for all.

By funding Global 50/50, you will:

  • Back the global benchmark for institutional accountability on gender, used by governments, funders and major NGOs worldwide
  • Enable analyses that directly reshape policy and institutional practice across health, law and beyond
  • Put data and tools in the hands of advocates and leaders who can act on them
  • Strengthen global movements pushing for intersectional, sustainable, structural equality.

Engage your institution

If your organisation has been assessed in one of our reports, or wants to use our frameworks to drive internal reform, we can support that process through briefings on your performance data, guidance on translating our benchmarks into policy, and access to our policy repository and tools for change.

Our engagement with institutions is grounded in our published findings and established methodology. We’re not able to offer tailored assessments outside this framework, and we maintain a strict separation between our research and funding relationships.
