Through independent research, organisational assessments, partnership, and convening actors, we bring stakeholders together around an evidence-informed gender-just agenda.

Gender and career equality in health

We advance gender justice, fairness and equity by generating rigorous evidence on workplace policies and practices across the global health sector. We champion women’s and feminist leadership, particularly from low- and middle-income countries, by holding institutions accountable and promoting environments where women can thrive and lead at every level.

Building on our proven, impact-driven research model developed for the health sector, Global Justice 50/50 applies independent analysis to the law and justice sector to drive stronger commitments and accountability for gender justice. Our inaugural report examines leadership and workplace policies across 171 global organisations.

We produce cutting-edge research and innovative data visualisations on how social inequities influence health policy and health outcomes across populations. Our work analyses policy content, disparities in disease burden, and the social and commercial determinants of health to support more equitable global health policy and practice.

Resources

We are a multidisciplinary think tank, combining analytical, communication and strategic expertise to ensure that evidence catalyses change. Alongside our reports and publications, we provide practical resources to support organisations and decision-makers to take action. Our Policy Repository collates examples of workplace policies, Tools for Change bring together guidance from around the world, and our Self-Assessment Tool can be used by organisations not currently assessed in our reports.
