How can we measure feminist leadership principles?

At Women Deliver 2026, we’re hosting an interactive session exploring how feminist leadership can be meaningfully assessed and embedded in real-world decision-making.

Feminist leadership is often invoked — but rarely defined, assessed, or operationalised in a consistent way. In this session, we’ll explore:
• What feminist leadership looks like in practice
• How it can be measured and assessed
• What tools organisations can use to embed feminist principles into leadership and governance

Through a participatory fishbowl conversation and small group strategy circles, participants will help test and refine a draft assessment tool — contributing directly to a practical resource for the field.

Facilitated by:
Prof Kent Buse, Govindi Deerasinghe, Prof Sarah Hawkes, Ruby Love-Smith, and Dr Lynsey Robinson

Join us, bring your experience, and help shape the future of feminist leadership in practice.

Get in touch with Dr Lynsey Robinson, if you’ll be at Women Deliver and would like to join the session.
