Anna began her career in global health after completing an MSc in Anthropology and Development at the London School of Economics, following a BA in Social Anthropology from the University of Cambridge. She joined the UCL Institute for Global Health, working within the Centre for Gender and Global Health on gender, non‑communicable diseases and public engagement. In 2018, Anna helped to establish Global Health 50/50 and supported its early growth, later becoming its Head of Operations until 2022. She went on to serve as Head of Operations at the Quality of Life Foundation, with responsibilities across strategy, operations, fundraising and impact. Anna returned to Global Health 50/50 in 2026 as Impact and Engagement Lead.
