Sheree Marshall, MSc, is a global health professional with experience in health systems strengthening, mental health policy, routine immunization, and digital health in low- and middle-income countries. Based in New York, she is currently a Program Officer, managing large-scale, donor-funded public health programs across sub-Saharan Africa, with a focus on operational excellence, strategic coordination, and evidence-driven implementation.

Prior to her program management work, she conducted research at the Care Policy and Evaluation Centre at the London School of Economics, contributing to policy and economic evaluations in mental health and early childhood. She holds an MSc in Global Health Policy from the London School of Economics and a BA in Psychology from McGill University.
