Varduhi Kyureghyan is a nonprofit finance leader committed to advancing gender equality through evidence-informed, mission-driven financial stewardship. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), a global organization working to accelerate gender equity in the healthcare sector. At HBA, she oversees global finance, business development, technology, and revenue strategy, and is leading a multi-year transformation focused on organizational sustainability, strengthened reserves, and diversified funding.

With more than 15 years of experience across the nonprofit, human rights, and social impact sectors, Varduhi has built and led high-performing finance functions, shaped governance frameworks, and stewarded complex multi-million-dollar portfolios funded by governments, foundations, and corporate partners. Her work integrates financial strategy, risk management, and cross-border compliance with a commitment to equity and accountability.

Varduhi brings deep expertise in financial governance and long-term organisational resilience to her role as Trustee and Treasurer-Designate at Global 50/50. She is passionate about the role of finance in enabling systems change and is honoured to contribute to the organization’s mission across health, justice, and the economics sectors.
