Global 50/50 is an independent think tank to advance action and accountability for social and gender justice. Through independent research, organisational assessments, partnership, and convening actors, we bring stakeholders together around an evidence-informed gender-just agenda.

We generate rigorous evidence on workplace policies and practices across the global health sector. We champion women’s and feminist leadership, particularly from low- and middle-income countries, by holding institutions accountable and promoting environments where women can thrive and lead at every level.

Building on our proven, impact-driven research model developed for the health sector, Global Justice 50/50 applies independent analysis to the law and justice sector to drive stronger commitments and accountability for gender justice. Our inaugural report examines leadership and workplace policies across 171 global organisations.

We produce cutting-edge research and innovative data visualisations on how social inequities influence health policy and health outcomes across populations.
